Introducing… BoDeans
BoDeans was formed in 1983 by friends Kurt Neumann & Sam Llanas. The boys defined themselves as roots rock’n'roll performing regularly in Milwaukee. By 1985, they added two more members and signed a contract with Slash Records.
Their debut album “Love & Hope & Sex & Dreams” was released in 1986 and received little reaction from critics and music fans. By the time their second album “Outside Looking In” dropped, BoDeans was once again a trio. With this record, they broke into the Billboard Top 100.
The band gained tremendous exposure by then touring alongside U2. (Read More…)
