The BoDeans to play for Farm Aid 25
In 1985, Neil Young, Willie Nelson and John Mellencamp had the idea to play a concert to benefit America’s farmers. Now, 25 years later, the concert has become an annual event for the great cause.
This year’s event, dubbed Farm Aid 25: Growing Hope For America will be held on Oct. 2 at the Miller Park in Milwaukee.
Entertainment for the event includes performances by The BoDeans, Dave Matthews, Kenny Chesney, Norah Jones, Jason Mraz, Jeff Tweedy, Band of Horses, Amos Lee, Robert Francis, Lukas Nelson and The Promise of the Real, and of course Young, Nelson and Mellencamp.
